Turning Point Project admission is contingent upon the head of the household's written agreement to participation guidelines, which include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work part-time.
- Pay a portion of the household's rent and all utilities.
- Participate in community volunteer efforts.
- Utilize support services as defined in an individual case plan.
- Agree to weekly in-home visits by a caseworker.
All potential participants must be willing to complete a personal/social history to determine ability to attain and maintain permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
