Turning Point Rural Housing Project

Expectations
Turning Point Project admission is contingent upon the head of the household's written agreement to participation guidelines, which include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Work part-time.
  2. Pay a portion of the household's rent and all utilities.
  3. Participate in community volunteer efforts.
  4. Utilize support services s defined in an individual case plan.
  5. Agree to weekly in-home visits by a caseworker.

All potential participants must be willing to complete a personal/social history to determine ability to attain and maintain permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
